I have been using music in my own work for well over 10 years now. I have had some imaginings/visions of Dancers telling the story of the gods through syncopated rhythmic poetry. In the vision/fantasy One elder steps to the front and gives a verse, the others repeat it in a metered chant then another elder steps up and he/she calls back to the first verse with a response, and again all the others repeat it in a metered chant.. In the back ground the music pulls the listeners into the story so that the listeners are called to the same chant in a mesmerizing group trance.
